hotel was clean but they did not provide me towel and soap. there were no hand wash. i have asked for hand hand wash. manager has given me on small soap. this is for bath and toilet hand wash. it was very pathetic experience 😒. bed sheet was having hole.. there was not such good experience so that i did not take image

Staff was not at all good, lift was not working properly, room was very very small, for 3rd person they gave a very small mattress which doesn't look like a mattress and bedsheet was torn. No blanket was provided in ac room. And they provided one type of cloth as towel for 3 persons. All negative.

The hotel is walkable, about 600m from Salem Railway Station. It is on the 2nd floor of a multi use building, with a lift. The room and bath were neat and clean. No towel was provided in the non AC double room. It is close to restaurants and coffee shops.

It was good. Room was a bit small to accommodate extra mattress. Car parking is outside on road. Apart from that, it was good.

Good clean place with good air conditioning and water heater. Location is walking distance from the railway station. People at reception have some difficulty with english, but otherwise fine.

Location was very near in sale m junction and room also neat n gud but in my room ac cooling little bit low, apart fr price is affordable
