Excellent villa situated near the bus stand and surrounded by a pleasant ambiance with trees and mountains. Moreover, this is a well-maintained new property with good staff. The restaurant needs improvement with a variety of dishes. The pictures shared on different booking websites match the current hotel infrastructure. The balcony view area has to be cleaned and maintain properly this will add more value to the customer.

Room and hotel was good. Hill view was very good if we go to terrace. Only problem, i had faced is restaurant. Restaurant was closed for 2 days, due to some reasons.

Completely not worthy for the amount they charged.
They have a veg restaurant. They serve only pathiya sapadu all three times. Costly menu. Late service. No guidance

Bit costly, no free breakfast, no re fund option, paid dinner poor, not good, second day refilling and cleaning rooms is not happening, post our request they have done. Looks like new to the field of lodging services, they have to improve.

Ladies and gentlemen, please note that this is the worst hotel not only in yercaud but could be the entire south india. 1. No parking as only roadside opening parking with no security or valet. 2. Total 3 staff for all work. The guy who sits in the reception will also come to clean your bathroom 3. Terrible rooms with smelly beds and nasty curtains and towels. Highly unhygienic
4. Terrible service. Turnaround time for a request is 2 hours. 5. There is a restaurant but with no food. Hardly any options for food and terrible taste. 6. Can you believe the extra bed they charge for is to provide you only a mattress to sleep on floor? 7. No consideration for elderly or for newborn babies, they are made to walk into the premises even in rains. 8. Terrible staff and an unqualified group of people. This is by far the worst stay ever and highly recommended everyone to please stay away from here. Don't believe on the photos, it's all photos-hopped and taken at the right angle.
