Had a pleasant check in, the room is spacious with all the amenities. The soap tray in the bath room is broken in 212. Replace it. Otherwise a good stay.

Mainly trainees, either in reception or in restaurant, who do not know anything. Maybe from their hotel ***agement school. At check out time 2 print out of the bill, one for hotel and other for customer. This trainee wanted double payment, as 2 invoices there! be careful

We have enjoyed our stay. Rooms are comfortable and decent. Had tasty breakfast, but we felt that varieties were limited.

They de***ded room rent of 5. 5k during billing despite me telling it is from make my trip. Later they took lot of time to settle. Even during check in they said there is no booking. Whole trip became very bad due to hotel staff. There was problem with wifi. They did not correct it at all.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the (hn. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

The rooms are good but the staff in the reception are not gentle with the customer and the valet parking is not up to the mark. The food is not good as they charge as much for that price.

As usual, one of the best stay. Shower knob should be changed and have informed the reception. Good food and hospitality
