Is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Front deck staff very friendly and efficient. Travel ***ger helped me with my travel arrangements. Restaurant waiter Asbone was as excellent person. Service was very good. I enjoyed the big choice in the menu. Room service was also good. Overall is I lovely place to come too. Will diffidently recommend this beautiful place.

I had a wonderful stay at CJ pallazzio. Staff are polite and helpful. Special thanks to House keeping Venkat and Abinath who was taken care of my room. I find food here very good and all the hotel staff are helpful. Would like to recommend to all.

Nice experience. Good food and good ambiance. The service was really good and the staff were really kind. The service was also really fast. We could be relaxed and eat our food. We would like to come back here again. The menu was also pretty good. Staff name: Asbone

Went for a quick meal and the taste was good. The ***ager Asbon was good help with meal suggestion. chicken club sandwich was good.

Stay was pleasant and food was good. We had a good time with family and the hotel is very close to highway which makes it easily accessible. All the staffs were well trained and a had a helping mentality. We took the package of stay and breakfast, there were wide varieties on the breakfast menu.

The hotel is very conveniently located right off the highway. Check in was all very comfortable. Thar facility appears to be maintained fairly well. The room was comfortable too in its category. However, we had to call for a few things that were not included. I tend to think that the hotels are providing these only when asked for which is fine. Had some issues with the kettle which had to be replaced but most importantly, the equipment needs improvement as it was almost impossible to hold it by its grip and we had to use a towel as a glove. Food at the restaurant was really good, both dinner (we ordered some continental) and buffet breakfast.

The room was booked for 3 adults but the extra bed was not ready at the time of our arrival i think they should have kept ready when it’s booked for 3 adults

Location good
food good house keeping needs improvement we have stayed twice in the hotel 2 nd floor. Rest room closet flush and toiletries were not up to the mark
