It is quite a distance from Yercaud lake, and 200mts from the main road to the resort is bad road with a steep slope. Although the rooms and all were spacious and expensive you don't get amenities like a small refrigerator, some complementary snacks, no soap stand in the bathroom, and few plug points were not working, power cut, no intercom numbers were sticked anywhere which made me walk twice to contact the reception, no network coverage except jio with one or two signal bars. i didn't have food from there so can't comment on that, but seems it was all South Indian based, nothing special. When you stay in such a resort and paying a lot for these kind of rooms, you automatically expects some good hospitality and respect towards the customers. I felt like I was staying in a less expensive Oyo room. only the luggage boy was pleasant and welcoming. No bad experience though but need to improvise in the hospitality sector. Having said all, the resort is very charming, especially early morning vibes with the sound of the forest is of a different vibe. Resort is very clean and was a pleasant stay with my family, but will choose a different place next time.
