I recently stayed at Grand Estancia Hotel, and while the property has its positives, my check-in experience left much to be desired. Despite having a prepaid booking, the process was far from smooth. There seemed to be a lack of coordination, as it took longer than expected to verify the reservation. The front desk staff appeared overwhelmed and didn’t seem adequately prepared to handle the situation efficiently. However, once the check-in was sorted, the overall experience improved. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities, reflecting the hotel's reputed standards. The dining options were also commendable, with a variety of dishes that catered to diverse tastes. While the stay had its highlights, the initial experience set the tone on a slightly disappointing note. I hope the management addresses these inefficiencies to ensure a seamless experience for future guests.
