Was given a room, it was 'in use'. Given 2nd room, it was dirty, towels on floor bed un made. Broken remote.

We had to change rooms three times before we got one and even then we settled for less. One of the toilets had feces, a brown ring in the bowl, and pee stain behind the seat cover. We made the mistake of removing the sheets and was greeted with what looked like blood stain. The hotel had a damp moldy smell. Although the main entrance was spotless, the side entrances were terribly filthy. Overall this location is disgusting.

Bring your own AAA batteries in case your TV remote doesn't work. Apparently, the night staff has no access to batteries. I had to request a new room before anyone actually found another remote for me to use.

They keep renting out this room knowing the Jacuzzi tub doesn't work properly. Spent almost $300 on one night and couldn't even enjoy the whole reason we booked that room. To top it off the hotel is not even trying to make it right. The manager still has not contacted me even after trying to get ahold of them multiple times

Our stay was out of the ordinary for Best Western and the reservation said it was a Best Western PLUS which was misleading. The front desk was rude and unhelpful and the breakfast was awful. Very little hot water and the shower was pathetic.

Our room had a large sticky spot on floor and we were disappointed to find the pool was under maintenance. We did not see that mentioned anywhere. Now we know to call ahead.

I would have liked to have bacon for lunch every day and not just on Sunday, I would have liked there to be towels available at the pool. The staff was extraordinary. The room was very comfortable. Very good value for money. I recommend
