James, the guy working the desk was fantastic at making sure everyone had everything they needed. He definitely went the extra mile to put a smile on everyone he encountered faces. My entire family looked forward to him greeting us as we passed by. If only everyone could deliver that level of genuine kindness and excellent customer service! Thank you James!!

Just had the worst experience at a hotel. Front desk clerk failed to notify us that there was no hot water, placed us in the wrong room so we had to get replacement keys, and when we got in the room the heat and air unit was not functioning. We agreed to stay but asked for a discount and was refused. We left the hotel and asked for a refund. The clerk called the manager and she was rude and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I stayed two nights in March 2024. Breakfast east not good. Eggs very dry and bacon tasted funny. If you like high carb and sugar you will enjoy the other options. No room service so I had to go to the front desk for clean towels. Front desk is unmanned a lot and twice I waited 10 minutes for some to show up. I left a garment in the room. Called hotel and they had it in list and found. I called three times asking to ship to me and I would pay postage and time it took to package and mail. Each time I was promised a call back and it did not happen . Called national customer service and after 3 phone calls all of which promised to call manager and have them mail the garment, I am informed this particular hotel is privately owned and corporate has no jurisdiction over them. I would go elsewhere if staying in Salina, Ks. This facility was recommended by Equifest 2024 organization. I have reached out to let them know what happened and hopefully they will not recommend this hotel next year.
