It is a little dated, sheets were pretty thin but overall good for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t real warm but ok.

Looks nice from the outside, very ran down and out of date. Carpet has burn holes, tv didn't work, remotes were dirty, bathroom had stray hairs everywhere.

We stayed for work, but it was a family event with multiple rooms. 2 nights. Everyone had complaints. I will only tell you mine. Check-in time was 3 o'clock we got there after 4 and they didn't have any rooms available. We waited 30 minutes before being told there was a room available. Our room was a double queen for 2 adults and 3 kids. Old and dingy. There were 2 towels in the room. I asked for more towels multiple times and was told they were out every time. The bed was uncomfortable, but the pillows and bedding were good. The shower only worked with cold water and the plug would not hold water for a bath. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was cooler than bath water and the jets didn't work. There were also no pool towels and none were available when asked at front desk. Breakfast was decent both mornings.

the hotel needs some updates. The carpets are getting worn in the corridors.
instead of painting the whole room they touched up spots with a different color so it looks tacky.

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool as it was my daughter's birthday. There were no refunds and we weren't told until after check in that their pool was closed.

When I arrived they could not find my reservation. When I checked my banking account I saw where they had already taken money out of my account. Then I was told that I was listed as a "no show". My reservation date was correct and I was standing in front of them yet I was being listed and charged for a "no show". After spending the better part of thirty minutes trying to get checked in, I discussed with the staff that we needed to make sure the charges came off for the "no show". I remind them again on check out that they needed to be removed. After I returned home and checked my account......guess what? They still had not been removed and I was charged for three nights instead of the two I had correctly reserved. I called them and explained to them that I needed to get credited the additional amount I had been charged. Will see if this happens or not....I have spent way too much time on this very simple matter
