The hotel is a little far from the city, but it gave me an unexpected surprise. The hotel is not big, but it is small and exquisite. The room is clean, tidy and bright, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is okay, the service is good, and the stay experience is satisfactory. Recommended!

This property provided park, stay and go to the Syracuse airport. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, arranging an Uber to the airport at 3 am for us, at no additional cost.

This to be the hotel where my family and I would go when we come to the Destiny Mall once a month. Staff is very nice and kids love the pool but I am going to have to look for a new hotel because of the EV charging situation. Most of the times I got to charge for free but now you have to pay. Going to hotel that still lets me charge for free
