Everything was good except getting woke up at 6am by the manager arguing with a customer, which went on for over 20 minutes. When I mentioned it to the manager an hour later all he said was yeah. No apologies, nothing!

Girl at the front desk was very accommodating and sweet. The place was very clean. The bathroom plumbing needed a little TLC on the faucets and the drainage. You could tell that there was some settling in the walls in the building had some cracks in it. Our stay was quite and clean. Would very much recommend. We left before complementary breakfast was served. The parking lot could have been cleaned out a little bit more from the snow it was quite icy.

Staff member checking me in coughed repeatedly into his hands without sanitizing before managing my receipts, room keys, and pen. Room has strong, unpleasant chemical cleaner smell, and, most disappointingly, wifi does not work! I do not recommend.

The room was okay, but in need of a facelift. The shower was more of a mist than anything. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed on our way out West and it was exactly perfect for the price paid. Bedding was clean and the heat/air worked in the room. For the price, it delivered what we needed.
