Had difficult time checking in.Their policies were NOT posted on the website when booking and Front desk was nice enough but not eager to be helpful. Took an hour to finally get into room at 10pm tired from traveling. Room was smelly and very old and dated. But was not expecting much from a beach motel either.

Overall, I would recommend Seabrook inn based on location, convenience, and affordability. However, in my opinion, the staff, specifically the overnight front desk crew, lacked genuine hospitality and mutual respect during civil interactions. My boyfriend and I kept to ourselves and enjoyed our stay other than the energy shared amount staff, with no initial or prior occurrences to why the negative behavior or emotions.
(Not well with worlds loll; hope that helps/makes sense)

There were no light bulbs in any of the lamps. Room was right on a busy road, even though there were plenty of other rooms

For the price, you can't ask for more. We only stopped overnight but there was a coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and microwave; lots of towels and comfortable beds. The bathroom was older but lots of hot water.
