The Merchants House, BW Signature Collection

Great location. Staff treated us like a family during our entire stay. Kitchen staff are very cautious about food allergies and made accommodations. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel and close to town centre so ideal location if going out in Salisbury or viaiting cathedral.

Central location. Rooms adequate. What made our stay good was the personal and thoughtful service of staff. In particular Darren who served us drinks at the bar and breakfast. Very attentive to our needs and informative. An asset to the Merchants House team. On the downside, were the stairs. It should be made clear to anyone making a reservation that there is no lift. Anyone with reduced mobility would then have the opportunity to book an accessible room on the ground floor.

Excellent. Near everything in town. Breakfast eggs cooked to order, plus hot and cold buffet.

Lovely friendly attentive staff and very pretty, quirky interior. Room was a good size, clean with everything you need for a short stay. Location was good for the shops and cathedral. Breakfast was well stocked and very nice and staff were very attentive once again.

Welcoming receptionist, everything felt clean, comfy bed, prompt service, tasty hot breakfast, cosy bar (free drink was a nice touch and appreciated), good location for the city centre.

This hotel has everything, good rooms, centre of Salisbury and great service. Everything is of a good standard, stayed here numerous times and always been enjoyable.
