We spent 2 nights at the Ibis and are absolutely satisfied. COVID rules are strictly followed, Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is absolute top, fresh organge juice, good coffee machine and perfect buffet for breakfast. Personnel is kind and very attentioned.

Our third year here using the hotel as a base for visiting the local ski resorts. Rooms were clean but could use more storage if you are there for a week plus. Comfy beds, hot powerful shower, clean towels. Easy safe parking. Excellent breakfasts with lots of choice and plentiful supplies. Hotel staff were helpful as our itenary changed with ski conditions. The hotel director runs a tight ship and the cleanliness is exemplary. Hotel staff were helpful. Great place to stay.

Sadly not a good experience. My main concern is for the staff. They are worked very hard and have their wages deducted for the smallest mistake. I saw one young man be told off for not replacing the ice bowl under the butter packs. The staff seemed lovely but the manager quite dominant. Room 10 has a hairdryer with exposed wires that has been sellotaped back to the wall. On the plus side, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean but overall it felt uncomfortable to see the way this hotel treated their staff
