I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 in the morning, and the hotel door opened by phone. The front desk is like an Indian and Pakistani. The facilities are outdated, but relatively clean, and breakfast is rarely picked up.

Reception was not manned and we had to call the attendant. Not enough towels. Building shows its age and is not kept clean. Attendant wasn't as helpful as in other Super 8, telling me that my guests could not sit in the common area because they were not guests here. Coffee maker doesn't work. Breakfast at 7:30 is later than others and comprised only coffee and toast; nothing to hold you.

READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS... They tell the truth. Every single sentence fits. The only thing that can save this place is a tear down. In all of our 13 years of travelling in Canada this is the worst hotel we have stayed at. I was so far that I almost decided to go sleep in my car. The only thing that kept me from doing so, was the cold April night.

Terrible terrible terrible Smelly stained dark carpets desperately in need of vacuuming 'Breakfast included for free' consisted of moldy bread (I have pictures),with absolutely no condiments, sad old apples, and Cherios The only bright spot was the room itself, which, mildew around plumbing, and tiny towels (no kleenex) aside, was decent

The room was disgustingly dirty; towels and bedding and shower curtain were stained and gross; there was NO breakfast when I went down at 0730 - I waited 10 minutes and asked a staff member who the provided coffee and white bread and peanut butter for the Super Start Continental Beeakfast. What a joke!!!!!
