The hotel is very beautiful, the room is large and bed is comfortable. Must go to see the wharf outside the hotel

Location was perfect for me as it is within walking distance to the main attraction which is the wharf.
The spacious room which is bright with ample lighting and has a beautiful view overlooking the lake.
However the restaurant is not great for the 2 times I visited. The steak was hard and the Artic char was not fresh. When told to the waitress, she simply looked at me and said the fish is frozen.
Overall the hotel atmosphere is very pleasant and resort like.

The guy at the front desk was really welcoming and nice! The view from the window was great, but there was a swimming pool right below the window, which was very noisy. There were no slippers provided, and there were a lot of people coming in and out of the corridor, so the soundproofing wasn't very good.

Very good, the hotel is right by the lake, and it is very leisurely and beautiful to take a walk in the evening. The hotel also has a daily special fruit tea, which is great. There are salons and spas. The hygiene is also very good. I also saw the northern lights on the hotel balcony
