We checked in around 10pm. Al was at the front desk and was very welcoming. Our only compiant was house keeping would take our towels evn though they were hung up and not replace witht the same number. They also did not replace tp so we had to get it from the desk. Rooms were cleaned each day and all the staff was very friendly & helpful.

Love the breakfast and that coffee is available all day. The only complaint is that there was no door hanger for "do not disturb". I did ask the cleaning person on the floor we were on to leave our room alone - told her we didn't need anything, but someone went in anyway. Not a huge deal. Next time I'll ask for a door hanger at the front desk if there's not one in the room.

This is absolutely the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. I booked three rooms for a family trip and all three rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. Carpets were not vacuumed. My shower wall was dirty. The window in my room was partially opened and would not close all the way and the lock was broken. The coffee makers all needed cleaned out. The coffee we made in them tasted awful. The staff was slow and lazy. The breakfast was terrible and mostly cold. The person on the front desk in the morning was too busy on her phone to be bothered with her job. I will never stay here again.

Stayed here several nights while visiting relatives. We had a suite which fit our needs perfectly, adding a separate living area. Hotel staff was friendly, housekeeping services daily and breakfast was predictably fine. Area was convenient and felt safe.

Did not get the room I had asked for. Facilities and rooms appear to be outdated and dirty. Pool water was cold. only good part of the hotel was the breakfast. Kudos to the breakfast crew.
I will probably stay away from Holiday Inns and Express from now on.

Nice place to stay with reasonable price. Exercise room was decent and hot tub was relaxing.
