Un accueil merveilleux: sourire, professionnalisme agrémenté d'une visite de ce lieu magique chargé d'histoire. Une table excellente et délicate. Un service discret et professionnel, toujours avec le sourire. Des chambres sobres et simples comme l'exige l'ambiance du lieu. Et pour clôturer, une vue exceptionnelle et un calme absolu!!! Nous nous y sommes rendus, mon épouse et moi pour mon anniversaire et restons enchantés par notre séjour. Un énorme merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel. A bientôt j'espère.

Malgré que l’établissement soit un peu vieillissant (douche un peu dangereuse et dur à utiliser, wc rempli de calcaire, chauffage très ancien, isolation phonique et thermique quasi inexistante) il possède un charme fou qui rend votre séjour très sympa. Si les gens de l’hôtel sont tous adorable c’est par contre dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas au niveau. Dans un restaurant qui se veux gastronomique c’est toujours e-agréable d’être entendu comme client. Ici, après avoir signaler une intolérance le chef n’a visiblement rien voulu savoir tout au long du repas. Au point de ne pas avoir pu manger de dessert, tant pis pour moi, tant pis pour eux.

Excellent à tout niveau: le repas ,le cadre et l accueil .Le personnel est vraiment bienveillant et très serviable. Le repas était vraiment au top tant dans la présentation qu au niveau des saveurs. Le cadre est calme et joli. Enfin un restaurant dans lequel on.peut prendre le temps de manger de discuter dans un environnement calme. A refaire sans hésiter.

Потрясающе! Аббатство 12-го века было реконструировано и переделано под отель! Большая ухоженная территория, бассейн, спа, хороший ресторан - здесь есть всё! А ночь в "келье" - это вообще незабываемо! Мне понравилось очень, обязательно вернусь!

We spent a few days here between road trip spots. The hotel is very traditional and really beautiful, and has a great view over the countryside. Our rooms were different but both great, and we really enjoyed exploring the nearby towns - we visited Gordes and Lourmarin on two evenings and both were beautiful and under an hours' drive.
Overall we had a great time, but we were a little let down by the food. The breakfast buffet didn't seem to be replenished over the course of the morning, so arriving at 9am usually meant the cooked food was already gone. We had one dinner in the hotel which was good, but we found too expensive for the quality we received.

We stayed 3 nights. St. Blaise had a no air-conditioning for the 90-degree weather and no air flow for the extremely humid bathroom. We were also awoken at 3am but drunk brits running naked through the halls screming.
Subsequently we inquired about switching rooms (and were initially told the hotel was full), but were subsequently switched to St. Frederick which had two functioning A/C's and multiple windows for a cross breeze.
Would definitely return but would call the hotel to confirm the room.

Un repas délicieux, servi avec gentillesse par une jeune fille aux petits soins avec nous. Nous avons appris la présence d'un nouveau Chef de cuisine. Nous comprenons mieux l'évolution dans la grande qualité des plats proposés et leur présentation, depuis notre précédent passage il y a deux ans. Bravo et merci à toute l'équipe.
