Di ritorno in Italia ci siamo fermati ed è stata davvero una scelta indovinata. Comodissimo a due passi dall'autostrada ma silenzioso e tranquillo, siamo arrivati la sera tardi ed il proprietario ci ha offerto due bicchieri di bianco, stanza confortevole e pulitissima, la colazione è abbondantissima e squisita. auf meiner Radtour Südtirol - Gardasee bin ich bei der Rückfahrt gern ein 2. Mal hier abgestiegen: es liegt nah am Radweg Via Claudia Augusta (aber auch an der Straße) + nah am Städtchen, es gibt einen Radkeller, mein Hund war kein Problem, das Zimmer einfach aber nett + sauber, und das Personal (Familienbetrieb) sehr zuvorkommend. Das mag daran liegen dass wegen der Corona-Pandemie sehr wenig los war; leider war deswegen auch der Wellness-Bereich geschlossen.

We stayed for a weekend with a one year old girl, unfortunately we had both positive and negative experiences. The negative experiences are: I called the day before to book looking for a hotel that had a swimming pool, the owner told me that they had a swimming pool and that it was usable by agreeing on the entry time because they don't always keep the pool heated …. Perhaps they should specify on the site… We agree on the time as 5pm but unfortunately when we arrive at 5.30pm the pool is still frozen so no swimming. Unfortunately we also had a cold room, we were probably unlucky. On the bright side, they brought us an electric heater. Then in the evening the hotel hosted a kids party in the ba*****t pub, it didn't bother us too much but I don't recommend it for a quiet holiday or for particularly demanding people because the music made the windows shake. Finally the breakfast was good and they warmed things up for the baby whenever so they were very nice about that!! Too bad because the structure itself would have a lot to offer !!

We stopped at this hotel almost in the middle of the night and I must say that the welcome was excellent. Externally the Erica hotel looks very good, with modern and clean lines, inside the situation in my opinion denotes a dated taste and furniture. Very spacious room as well as the bathroom and very good sleep quality. Decent breakfast and not very low bills, but on average South Tyrol has not very low prices.

Wer ein preiswertes, sehr gut erreichbares Hotel sucht und Wert darauf legt, saubere Zimmer zu haben, ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient zu werden, und gleichzeitig ein schmackhafte Küche erleben will ist hier genau richtig. Bravissimi e super attenti alla clientela. Accettano il cane e sono stati disponibili a tener da parte un farmaco senza mai farvi pesare questo servizio anzi! Posizionato in un punto strategico per vedere i mercatini di Natale! Ambiente cordiale e molto pulito. Infine anche la cena al ristorante ci è piaciuta! Pensate che la prima sera, quella dell’arrivo ci hanno aspettato con la cena ben fuori l’orario perché avendo trovato molto traffico non eravamo in orario.. eppure sono stati di una cortesia e gentilezza unica. Di rado trovo ambienti così! Merita soggiornare da loro!
