The staff is very nice and smiling. We were upgraded because the electric charging station was not working. A very nice gesture from the hotel. The spacious room as well as the bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. On the other hand, there is a soundproofing problem, we can really hear the neighbors a lot. There was also a lack of a privacy screen on the terrace to have more privacy with the neighboring room.
On the other hand, the breakfast is really very good and varied.

The service at the reception was great, at the breakfast buffet it was not so good, we asked the girl if she could please make us some tortillas, she would stare at us and when we told her that there was no hot milk left in the buffet to put in the coffee too She looked at us very seriously and answered us quite dryly, the other girl and the boy, however, were very nice. The cleaning in the room was not entirely good, there were stains on the floor that had not been cleaned and a lot of dust, especially above the desk light. The location is great and the hotel is very nice.

My husband and I had a week away from Barcelona staying at this adults only hotel. The reception staff were all friendly but especially Bea who was extremely helpful with things to go and see whilst we were here as the weather was not the best. Rooms were really nice, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, but the pillows not so comfy. Could have done with a table on the balcony too. Breakfast was a good choice with the option to order freshly cooked too and the staff were friendly and kept the place ticking over nicely. The spa was a bit of a disappointment as it only has steam room and sauna and a jacuzzi for 8 people, so we only used once and the games room was not available durin the week due to conference. Fortunately we had our own cards and dominoes. Overall a good visit to Salou, where we visited Cambrils, Tarragona, Reus and Sama Park out of tourist season. I am sure it would be buzzing come Easter onwards. Thanks to the Magnolia Team for the great overall service.
