The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I had booked a suite but it was not up to the expectations. The room seemed to be very old and not maintained. The wall layers were coming out, the switch boards were stuck with tapes, the bathrobes when asked were torn and looked dirty. Though the staffs were very nice and assisted us properly, the property itself has to be refurbished.

Easy connectivity with mai road and cabs. Welcoming staff(kalyan and kaushik. Room was good too. They give dental, shaving kits with soaps and shampoo. Need little improvement in their furniture inside the room(mine wasn't that good, have stains on chair. Food is good. I really like their french toast in breakfast. You can have your dinner at rooftop near pool with good view and music.

Excellent stay, beautiful designed & well maintained. Room perfectly cleaned & room service staff very polite & obedient. Overall stay was perfect & most important hotel receptionist were very nice and cooperative.

Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. No staff accompanied while checkin, had to carry luggage to the room on our own. AC not working properly. Smelly closed room. Drain water came out in washroom overnight. The rooms were most averagely prepared with no prior room freshner, closed smelly rooms…just a single towel.

My 4th stay at hotel senses. The good thing is the behaviour of their staff. Ver polite very friendly and coperative. But the level of hotel degraded unexpectedly. Need improvement in breakfast, room should be clean, sometime mini bar doesnt work etc. They have to improve the breakfast and dinner as very limited options are provide.
