Hotel bem localizado, próximo a supermercado e apenas algumas quadras da praça principal e demais pontos turísticos: como a igreja, museu, teleférico e restaurantes. Limpeza e café da manhã muito bons. Atendimento cordial. Possui piscina.

Todo muy bien , la atención del personal , limpieza, desayuno , etc ..solo que el aire acondicionado NUNCA funcionó bien a pesar de que 3 veces fuè el Sr. de mantenimiento y me pusieron un ventilador porque NO habìa habitaciones disponibles para cambiarme..

Gorgeous historic property connected to the Santa Rita winery. Large, comfortable rooms, impeccable service, and truly stunning grounds. Worth a splurge. Definitely do a grounds tour and wine tasting! The grounds are humongous. The food and service/ so good!!! 16 rooms in the 18 century mansion. Tons of friendly staff members. In the house they have a room with a pool table. They have free mountain/ trail bikes to use. A great place for a romantic getaway. The only issues was the pool is not heated.

Una de las peores experiencias que tuve viajando. Reservé a través de una página que tenía el nombre del hotel pensando que eran ellos. El monto estaba en pesos pero luego de confirmar me lo transformó a usd al cambio oficial con lo cual me costó el triple. El hotel no se hizo cargo de nada aún cuando reconocieron que es una empresa que trabaja con ellos y cobra en dólares a ciudadanos argentinos que viajan dentro de Argentina. Una locura. Pagué la estadía 3 veces su valor. Increíble que en nuestro país pasen estas cosas.

Estivemos uns 4 dias no hotel em excursão. Bom atendimento do staff, quartos e banheiros amplos, boa cama e café da manhã variado com frutas, inclusive. Ótima localização em relação aos pontos turísticos , mercado, penhas, farmácia. Qual o problema do hotel ? O odor no lobby proveniente de um perfume ambiente / spray super doce, enjoado, realmente desagradável . Outras pessoas também reclamaram, inclusive na recepção, mas o problema permanecia. Talvez os funcionários já estejam acostumados e deve haver quem goste, claro. Não voltaria ao hotel exclusivamente por este motivo.

El hotel en general está bien, los servicios y la atención fueron buenas. La pileta y el spa estan muy bien, al igual que el desayuno y el bar/restaurante. PERO, al pagar la reserva hecha y con un voucher indicando lo que tenía que pagar me cobraron otro precio en forma unilateral y sin dar explicaciones. La reservá se hizo en pesos, mostrando la reserva incluso. Nos estafaron con 80.000 pesos de diferencia, porque según ellos tenian que cobrarlo EN DOLARES. Lamentablemente NO es recomendable un hotel que ESTAFA al turista.

Buena ubicación a unas 10 cuadras de la plaza principal, se puede ir caminando sin problemas. Habitación muy amplia con vista a la ciudad, equipada con TV, heladera y caja fuerte. No hay pava eléctrica o máquina de café. El baño es amplio y cómodo con buen caudal y temperatura de agua. Hay secador de pelo. El desayuno es muy bueno, tipo buffet, con buenos fiambres, pastelería, huevos revueltos y jugos. Muy buen wifi, cordial atención. Excelente limpieza. Hay una piscina cubierta con sauna y baño de vapor que no utilizamos. Cocheras cubiertas con cargo adicional.
