Luxor Hotel & Spa

I stayed with my girlfriend in June. It was a total disappointment. The hotel is old and it looks run down. The room we got was assigned incorrectly and they gave us single beds instead of double beds. We asked for a change but they said they didn't have any. Also, the window was broken and couldn't be closed. The water in the shower took several minutes to heat up and had little pressure. The air conditioning didn't cool, which was annoying since we had days with 29 degrees. The breakfast is small and with very little variety. We had breakfast at 7am and there was usually a lack of replenishment of products and it took a long time to clean the few tables there. The hotel is supposed to have a garage but it was always occupied, without even being able to park at the door to bring down the suitcases comfortably. Instead, they send you to a parking lot that is 2 blocks away, which does not open on Sundays or holidays, so you have to look for a key at the hotel, open it and then return the key. The hallways to the rooms have lights that only work on a schedule, between 7pm and 6am, outside of this time the only light available is from the emergency exit sign; something I have never seen in another hotel. The attention of the people at the front desk was awful, from the first day we asked to change beds or rooms and they told us it was not possible, that they did not know if there was another room. They could not tell us if it was possible to request late check out either, we had to ask shift by shift and they always told us that we should ask another receptionist at another time. No employee was able to give us an answer. It is a cheap hotel, which does not comply with what it advertises.

Hotel bien ubicado pero muy mal mantenido. Tiene pileta y reposeras para tomar sol. Hay cocheras en el hotel y si se ocupan te ofrecen un estacionamiento cercano. El personal es muy amable y cordial, siempre muy bien predispuestos ante cualquier consulta. Sin dudas lo mejor que tiene el hotel es su personal.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a 150 metros de la plaza 9 de julio. Cuenta con cochera y pileta. Habitaciones cómodas, con bañera, frigobar y aire acondicionado. Desayuno con facturas, tostadas, torta, yogurt y ensalada de frutas.

Hotel in generale decadente con un servizio al limite della decenza. Stanze vecchissime, non curate, mancanti delle amenities di base e davvero brutte. Bagno a pezzi e con lo scarico malfunzionate. Colazione a Dir poco drammatica servita su un buffet praticamente nella hall dell’albergo, messa lì senza nessuna cura, con personale spesso assente, con prodotti da discount e caffè solubile imbevibile. Nella zona ci sono decine di hotel che, a prezzo analogo offrono servizi migliori. Attenzione: se prenotate con Booking diranno che la vostra carta non è passata in modo che paghiate in loco così da evitare le commissioni di Booking. Segnalatelo

Este hotel no representa un 3 estrella , falta de personal , si bien el que está es muy amable . Falta de orden y limpieza . El desayuno muy mal atendido y des prolijo .principalmente falta limpieza en general .siendo las 14 hs del sábado aun estaba sucio el piso donde se desayuna . Las toallas parecían trapos de piso todas deshilachadas.

Buen hotel. Habitaciones y baños amplios. Excelente limpieza. Buen desayuno. El unico problema es que me toco una habitacion que daba a un patio de luz, y se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la cochera, por lo tanto nos despertamos a las 6 de la mañana!!!!
