O check in foi muito rápido, o atendimento da recepção assim como o pessoal do bar (e restaurante) foram extremamente atenciosos. O quarto é grande com uma cama enorme e a limpeza merece destaque! A vista da piscina é muito bonita, se pode ver as montanhas em volta da cidade.

The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay quite pleasant. The room decor was fashionable but not extremely livable. The room's lounge chairs looked good but were difficult to maneuver in and out of. Bed and bedding could use improvement to increase comfort.

Unfortunately we had to stay here on three separate occasions whilst touring around the Salta area. This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade compared with the other hotels we have stayed in around Argentina. Many of the walls and ceilings are bare concrete with minimal soft furnishings which creates a noisy environment. Each of the rooms we stayed in had an issue and, in the last one, the bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. Obviously this wasn’t just us since the door to the toilet had expanded and wouldn’t shut properly. It’s also the only hotel we stayed in that didn’t give complimentary water in the room and being charged $4400 for two small bottles is unacceptable. The breakfast was extremely basic with a very limited choice. On a positive note the hotel is in a very good location, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned to a good standard.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Love that they were able to preserve the beautiful old building when they added the modern sections.

El hotel está bien situado , detrás de la catedral. Las habitaciones son muy amplias por eso no se explica el tamaños de las camas tan pequeñas .los baños tienen bañera de hidromasaje . Dispone de una piscina , pequeña, pero en la planta 11 con inmejorables vistas de la ciudad . El personal es muy muy amable . El desayuno es lo más decepcionante : muy básico y todo lo tienes que pedir a los camareros.

Hotel situado cerca de la plaza principal de Salta. Diseño modernista pero, estando de acuerdo con algunas de las opiniones, poco práctico en cuestiones simples pero que el cliente requiere. Ejemplo: Los sillones son muy vanguardistas pero simplemente una trampa a la hora de tratar de levant****. No tienen suficientes enchufes, tampoco es que se precisen muchos, pero más de uno si sería aconsejable. La griferia de la ducha esta hecha para listos, hay que entenderla, yo diría que es como un puzle, si lo comprendes a la primera perfecto. La cama grande y cómoda. Por lo demás un hotel algo frio de estética pero bien situado. El desayuno y la cena correctos, aunque no tienen cocina en vivo.

Este hotel de primera categoría, está ubicado junto a centro de Salta. Como su nombre indica es un hotel de diseño. Nada más llegar, nos acomodan en una de sus suites, muy amplias y con mucha luz. El espacio de los baños se corresponde con la amplitud del resto del espacio. Camas muy grandes con dos tipos de almohadas, una blanda y otra más dura, para elegir, todo muy limpio y con una potente señal de wifi. Ahora bien, a veces este tipo de hoteles están pensados por diseñadores o arquitectos y aquí es donde comienzan los inconvenientes. Cuando la habitación está pensada para un hostelero, lo que voy a contar a continuación, no ocurre. No se pueden poner sillones visualmente estéticos y funcionalmente inútiles, invito a cualquier persona a intentar utilizar estos asientos o el taburete de piel a juego, para trabajar un rato en el escritorio, imposible. En el baño no hay ni un perchero, es curioso. Continuando en el cuarto de baño, en las 'amenities' hay de todo menos gel de ducha, en su lugar hay una pastilla de jabón que tiran todos los días. La ducha requiere un rato de concentración para averiguar su funcionamiento. Me da la impresión de que un solo grifo seria más operativo. El desayuno que es semibufé, justea de contenido y el mantenimiento y en ocasiones tienes que reclamarlo para que lo repongan. Dicho esto, no es una mala alternativa en el centro de Salta y desconozco si los hay de mejores.
