Luckily we had booked in advance as they were turning people away when we arrived. I ordered the pork Sunday roast my wife the beef roast, both of which were excellent. My followed with sticky toffee pudding which she really enjoyed, I had the fruit cobbler, which really was a load of ‘cobblers’ I had a pint of IPA my wife a strong margarita. The staff were all great and the location is outstanding although parking can be a major problem at times (although not today)

Went for lunch today at the Spa Restraurant with my family The setting was very relaxed with an amazing view. While we were there we were erved by a lovely waiter called Mitchell. He was very kind and patient and made sure everything was perfect for our meal.

I had the most delightful experience at the Spa Hotel. Although I was on a business trip, it felt like a holiday! There is a marvellous customer service ethos embedded throughout the business. The food was excellent, and everyone, from the waiters to the reception staff, was friendly and welcoming. It's one of my favourite spots in Saltburn. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We didn’t stay at this hotel but we called in for coffee and ended up staying for brunch. We sat on the top balcony/terrace overlooking the sea on a beautiful day. The chairs were so comfortable, we could stayed there all day! We really enjoyed a Yorkshire breakfast with a hot or cold drink included (we had a latte and cappuccino). We both agreed that it was one of the best breakfasts we’d had for a long long time. The produce was all local and was of the best quality and all of this for just £10.95. When I’m next in Saltburn I will definitely head back there. Just to add, the staff were very lovely too! 10/10!

I have just returned after an overnight stay at Treetops self catering accommodation attached to this hotel. From initial contact at booking to leaving today all staff were consistently attentive, friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and affordable. Interior, exterior and accommodation tastefully comfortable. Spa well worth a visit. This place is a wee gem and I hope to visit again 👌

Stayed here for 2 nights for work. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and beds comfortable. Staff friendly . Restaurant views are amazing and there’s a lovely outside deck with a great view overlooking the sea . A short walk down the hill to the beech and the chippy !

My wife and I have visited the Spa Hotel at Saltburn twice in the last four months and what struck us was how fantastic the staff were. Our first visit was on New Year's Day, probably one of the busiest days of the year and they were somehow able to accommodate us and showed utter professionalism. Our next visit was at the end of April on an utterly awful days with torrential rain - as soon as we entered the building the staff found towels for us to dry off and somewhere warm for us and all we having was hot chocolates. On both visits I need to give special mention to Stephen who helped us but also attended to a quite nasty first aid injury. He went beyond is duty and a credit to the establishment.
