It needs more cleaning and the attention at reception is very bad, they made me a wrong invoice and I called to review the case, they left me on hold for 25 minutes, then they hung up and no longer answered, there is no other telephone number for complaints and suggestions, the ones in the lobby can do what that they want and there is nowhere to report them
