Don't be fooled by the name. From the communication skills at the front desk to the rooms, they don't look like a normal hotel. They are dirty and expensive.

This place is a horrible value with not very nice, not very clean rooms and an uncomfortable bed. Plus, the breakfast was horrible, and they try to get you to upgrade to eggs for an extra 130 pesos. We spent over US$100 for this hotel thinking it would be really good since it's not in the center of the city and it cost more than any other hotel we stayed in during two weeks in Mexico, but it was the worst we stayed in. (As an example, we just came from Monterrey, a bigger, more expensive city, and spent only US$90 for a hotel right in the center that was nicer, more comfortable and more luxurious. It's called Hotel Centria.) We certainly won't come back here again.

After new year start charging breakfast of you want to try something inside the heating pots. Not a good experience.
Almost break my charging cable inside the room while cleaning. Take it off after charging since then… Maybe okay in Mexico, but sketchy comparing to Canada.

Les recomiendo no qued**** ahí, la verdad ves algo desagradable la limpieza, he dormido en moteles de paso más limpios, con menos ruido y con mejores instalaciones por un 20% del costo , les recomiendo pasar a un hotel como hamtom o Marriot que por el mismo precio tienes un servicio de primera.
