Extremely disappointing stay. The property is outdated, far from Sheraton standards, and inconveniently located not in Saltillo Hotel is in Ramos Arizpe. No air conditioning, no hot water in the shower, and not even basic bathroom supplies were provided.

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Shower leaked. Lights in kitchen/dining went out. AC appeared to work but did not decrease room temperature - temp actually went up.

It is a very beautiful location, quiet and peaceful, spacious and well-appointed. The accommodations are spacious and well-maintained. Many amenities are available, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
