Amazing property. I’d recommend it for anyone traveling to Saltillo. Great value.

Shower water was warm but not hot enough but other than that hotel was nice and staff was friendly and amazing 10/10

The hotel is a beautiful property and a charming atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience fell short, particularly with basic guest services and communication. One day, the water was out from 9am until 5:30pm. I couldn’t shower after the gym, the toilets wouldn’t flush, and the hotel provided no accomodations for anything, not even bottled water was provided. Staff kept saying it would be fixed “in one hour," every time i called but it wasn’t. I had to fill bottles at the pool just to wash my hands. Another day, I asked for a room service menu since the QR code in my room didn’t work. I called twice over 1.5 hours and never received it, so I left the hotel to eat elsewhere. When it rained, a large puddle remained in the hallway all day with no cleanup from staff. Housekeeping only replaced one towel after the first night, though they improved the rest of the stay. On my last night, I was told the water would be off from 11pm to 1am. I got up at 3am to prepare to leave the hotel at 5:30am for my flight, and there was still no water. No one answered at the front desk. It finally returned at 5am, and I had to rush a shower with water spraying out intermitently. The nightbefore leaving i noticed the minibar was restocked with items that were not there the entire stay. I advised the front desk to ensure i wouldnt be charged for something i didnt consume. Then upon check out at 530 am they still tried to charge me for the items but after explaining i was not charged.

Let me start by saying that i was awestruck with the room decor & size when i entered it first time. You will be treated with beautiful original paintings on the wall, super size vase, wooden furniture that exudes class & offcourse a lovely bed. Even more beautiful is the bathroom which is huge as well housing a bathtub, a shower cabinet & WC. Words don't do the justice so i am uploading snaps as well to do the talking. Pros: - Super Luxurious & comfortable - Good variety at the Breakfast - Hotel Staff very friendly Cons: - Hotel Staff english is not the best so make sure to double check if they understand you well. Once they do, they will not disappoint you. - Not an amazing view outside the room i was staying - Construction going on next to it so the beauty of being in a not so crowded place is going to change in a year or so. But if you are in Saltillo, no other hotel offers you this service & quality. It will be a mistake to not get an experience with hotel.

Remodeled room was awesome & spacious!

Beautiful construction - lousy operation! We reserved 5 rooms for a wedding for two nights. Last minute, two couples canceled for the first night, the hotel said - no refund! Ok, accepted since it was last minute. The next day, the late comers arrived and were told they had to pay a "penalty for no show"! I had to go and protest in person for the receptionist to back off (I had paid the five rooms for the two nights, so what additional penalty?). Next thing: starting at 9 am, drilling with a power tool in what seemed to be the adjacent room. Why remodel on a Saturday when your hotel is full because of two weddings instead of doing it some day during lower occupation? How can you occupy and charge full rate for a room adjacent to a very noisy remodeling? Reports and complaints had no effect! Bad operation at this hotel! Disappointing for what is usually a great hotel chain with beautiful installations....
