Reservamos en este hotel por su ubicación, asumiendo que darían un buen servicio por el costo de la habitación. Sin embargo, la experiencia fue pésima. Nos asignaron una habitación al fondo; en el pasillo había mucha gente tomando alcohol. Lo más grave es que la puerta del cuarto tenía la cerradura incompleta y se podía ver el interior desde el pasillo. Además, la tarjeta-llave no funcionaba.Aunque el personal de recepción fue amable al asignarnos otra habitación, la situación no mejoró. Había personas ebrias gritando y golpeando cosas en el patio. Al sentirnos completamente inseguros, decidimos abandonar el hotel ese mismo día y buscar otro lugar.

The only thing good with this hotel was available parking. The entire hotel is not clean. Both of the rooms I booked had no towels. While at front desk, two other guest were asking for towels as well. When I got home, I realized during check in my ID was not retuned. I tried to get a hold of them so they could mail to me but they NEVER answered the phone. Book wisely.

The place needs attention to necessary details
It is a beautiful building that is in decline due to the neglect of maintenance
The noise of the nearby disco makes it difficult to rest.

You get what you pay for
Unless you were just looking for a place to sleep, do not book this hotel. It is old, dated, rundown, and not very clean. The front desk clerk is downright rude. Its location is good. But that is the only thing to recommend about it. The housekeeping staff appreciates tips and cleaned our room well after leaving 50 pesos.

Nice building but needs lots of work, rooms are very old, faucet and toilet did not work. Hotel clerk was very helpful and moved us to a different room.
