There was a huge clump of hair and unflushed toilet paper in the toilet. 🤢
Facilities: No disposable toothbrushes or combs provided by the hotel; no disposable slippers, not even reusable ones. You have to go out barefoot after showering. They provide a free bottle of water... Maybe it's a regional difference. I booked it for over 600 yuan, and it's not as good as an 80-yuan hotel in China.

Great place to stay for business or short stays - I am here for several months already. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly - food is great for affordable prices. Especially Miss Gisela and her team are definitely going above and beyond - thanks for that. Great to be here.

Friendly staff but...Tv remotes not working, Tv Channel package AWFUL, pool out of service, asked to separate /pay two separate bills- one for hotel stay (in advance), one for room service. Will not repeat a stay at this property. To be fair, price was in the range for a quick unexpected need to overnight in the city but there are at least 5 other well known branded properties in this price range and area.
