Terrible facilities, all old decayed and dirty. The elevators give the impression that they are going to get stuck. A total renovation is urgent. Check inn extremely slow. Very bad breakfast. I will not use this hotel again

Se ve muy vieja y descuidada las instalaciones tanto áreas comunes como habitaciones.
Al llegar a registrarme a recepción después de hacer una reservación en línea no reembolsable, me encuentro con avisos de que por mantenimiento y remodelación se suspendería el servicio total de agua de 10:00am a 6:00pm y de 11:00pm a 5:00am, los cual fue una sorpresa muy desagradable, pero para empeorar la situación a la 1:00am de despertaron los golpes fuertisimos de martillazos y movimiento de carritos con materiales. Hablé a recepción para reclamar y me dice que son parte de los trabajos de reparación. Le dije que si era broma o burla. Que como era posible que se programara ese tipo de trabajos a esa hora. Y la respuesta fue pero se tiene programado terminar a las 2:30am. Lo cual me parecería increíble me de diera esa respuesta. Ante mi insistencia que no era posible esa situación me dijo que lo iba a comentar con su gerente. Supongo que más gente hablo para reclamar porque como a los 20 minutos se detuvieron los golpes. Supuse que iba a descansar pero a las 3:00am me vuelven a despertar los mismos martillazos lo cual no podía creer. Volví a reclamar y al rato pararon de nuevo. Increíble. Por la mañana mucha gente está inconforme con la situación. NO ES POSIBLE QUE UNA MARCA HOTELERA INTERNACIONAL PONGA EN RIESGO SU IMAGEN CON CONCESIONARIOS TAN INCOMPETENTES Y FALTOS DE CALIDAD EN EL SERVICIO HOTELERO.

The front desk is very profesional! The room looks as photos, but the towels and sheets and pillows are very used and old. (They look dirty but are clean) it is necessary they changue the kind of laundry detergente because the odor is awful. The furniture in the entrance are tore, old and dirty.
The ceilings and carpets in the hallway looks very old. But happily the hotel is under remodelación, I really wish they will improve the building because the service is very good.
