I need a receipt for my stay at this location. Amazing service

I had booked my stay almost two weeks in advance and when I got here they gave me a downgraded room and charged me for my original booking. Didn’t give me the option to move rooms either because of the hotel being booked. Asked if I wanted an apology instead of just doing so, which was weird.

We had a flat tire in a very remote location and were desperate to make it into the city. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were allowed into a room early without a reservation- I literally cried. Everything was comfortable and clean. Although we had not planned on staying in Saltillo - I could think of a better more friendly helpful destination.

Traveling on business can be a 'bear'. When you add in a foreign country and language, one can have their arms full. In choosing a hotel under a familiar brand, I thought that I would be OK. Unfortunately, in this case, the results were mixed. The hotel's exterior is wonderful and glamorous. There's lots of glass and a marble type driveway to greet you. The lobby area is open and inviting. The facility offers free underground parking. The rooms are dated. They need a refresh or dedicated efforts from maintenance and housekeeping. My top sheet had a usual black stain to add a blood stain on my pillow. It is tough to miss such items on a white sheet. The floor in my room was uneven and required noticeable effort when walking from the bed to the bathroom. The shower floor desperately needs re-caulking. One of the treadmills and the stair master machine were not functioning. On the surface, this is a top shelf facility. But once you lift the hood, there's a lot of work to be done.
