Pessima experiência, quarto com teia de aranha, piso sujo, piso com elevação do banheiro sem sinalização, água sem pressão.
Café da manhã horrível, café queimado, omelete frio e com aparência desagradável.
Barulho de reforma logo as 08:00 da manhã.

Agradável, bem atendido na entrada e no restaurante. Só um pouco desagradável as dimensões do banheiro do quarto. Hospedei-me no ap 12 pitanga, não sei se os demais aps são com as mesmas dimensões.

Hotel razoável! Cama boa, quarto espaçoso, banheiro bom! A mesa de sinuca estava com rasgo, a Jacuzzi estava suja e com a água fria! O atendimento é muito bom, merecendo destaque para a funcionária Mirta, sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa, simplesmente sensacional! A Viviane do café da manhã, também, é muita simpática e prestimosa!

Hotel bem localizado, equipe gentil, muito limpo e organizado. Uma bela piscina, e um café da manhã bem completo. O restaurante funciona para almoço e jantar. Fácil acesso ao centro e aos shoppings. Local tranquilo, próximo do parque, onde se houve os pássaros cantando o tempo todo.

Pessoal do atendimento muito simpático e atenciosos. Quarto razoável, mas o chuveiro é muito ruim! Achei engraçada uma situação: a mesma pessoa que fez nosso check-in, também preparou o lanche que fizemos no restaurante do hotel, aliás muito bem feito.
