El hotel es excelente y la atención del personal super cálida. La calidad de las habitaciones (limpieza, tamaño, comodidades, aislamiento acústico) es muy buena, acorde a la categoría del hotel. El desayuno podría ser mejor, para calificarlo de excelente, pero cumple.

Secure parking, good front desk, small room, very clean, carpet worn. Great location, very walkable neighborhood. Staff in the restaurant were often more interested in their mobile phones and chatting than service. Would definitely go again.

Na recepção não tinham informação sobre os benefícios da reserva pelo Hotels , não aceitaram aplicar o desconto de 20% em alimentação e outros benefícios . Banheiro sai muita água do box molhando o piso , apartamento precisando uma reforma , como cortinas velhas por exemplo

a la media noche me encontraba durmiendo y golpean la puerta reiteradas veces avisando que se cortara la luz. A la hora 07 no había luz ni agua en todo el hotel un desastre. No me pude duchar ni utilizar en inodoro normal. El desayuno lamentable, no previeron la situación, no había café, ni gua caliente, solo jugo. No contaban con fiambres, ni huevos, nada elaborado por que no había energía eléctrica. ¿Se quedaron sin gas también ? Acaso un hotel de este tipo no considera este tipo de situaciones y busca alternativas. No podían calentar agua y hacer café en la cocina ? Trabaje más de 10 años en la hotelería y nunca pensé que un hotel de esta categoría no sepa enfrentar una contingencia. Por otra parte no efectuaron ningún tipo de bonificación sobre la tarifa por el servicio brindado. Espero que a futuro tengan en cuenta estas situaciones y busquen alternativas para cumplir básicamente con lo que venden.
