Very nice and helpful staff. Very hard-working.
But the room cleaning leaves something to be desired! The shower and sink are calcified.
The shower was obviously never cleaned with shower cleaner!!

The tour company had arranged this hotel because of the Eastern Express tour. There was black hair on the bedspread. Moreover, the bathroom was extremely dirty and old. The shower cabin door did not close. The balcony door opened from the bathroom. A lot of effort was made to get another room. All of them are tolerable, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was extremely bad. Moreover, how about the purple sink and toilet? I couldn't understand a choice.

We were very pleased. We thank you. We plan to stay at this hotel again when we come again. It is not far from Palandöken ski resort. The room is clean. It has a few shortcomings. It's not that important either. The employees are friendly. We liked breakfast and dinner.
