Teve overboking, ALGUNS quartos foram reservados a mais de uma pessoa, deu um problema enorme, muita gente reclamando de pegar a chave e ao abrir a porta, já ter alguém, muita gente a espera de solução. No meu caso o hotel estava cheio, não há vagas para estacionar nem na rua do hotel (teria de deixar o carro longe do hotel). De resto nem posso falar porque não fiquei no hotel

Na reserva fui informado que tinha estacionamento disponível, o que não é verdade. Na chegada não havia vaga para estacionar. Na recepção fui atendido com frieza. Por vezes liguei para recepção para obter algumas informações e em nenhuma das ligações fui sequer atendido.
