Excelente opção em Salvador. Atendimento impecável, com quartos excelentes e bastante confortáveis. Há roupão e amenities nos quartos. Para viagens de negócios, o hotel dispõe de salas de reunião. O restaurante também é ótimo. O rooftop é uma ótima opção para drinks e vista da cidade.

Hotel acolhedor, atendimento também. Bastante chique como esperávamos. Agora sentimos falta de um óculos escuro caríssimo quando chegamos em casa no mesmo dia e solicitamos que nos dessem retorno. Ligamos novamente dia seguinte e falaram q a camareira não encontrou. Solicitamos gravação das câmeras e estamos aguardando a resposta e retorno do hotel.

Passamos o final de semana no Fasano, experiência única e maravilhosa, só tenho elogios e digo que agora entendo o alto valor cobrado em suas diárias. O serviço, atendimento é o ponto alto , diferente das grandes redes de luxo: Hilton, Pestana, etc… No fasano o atendimento é mais personalizado, apesar de ser um hotel grande, nos sentimos em um hotel pequeno, o atendimento é mais pessoal. Nós sentimos mimados o tempo todo, até chinelo com a numeração correta deixam no quarto para o nosso uso. Pontos Altos: Staff, equipe maravilhosa, bem treinada, simpática e gentil . Piscina com vista linda e café da manhã com itens frescos e deliciosos e itens de banheiro de boa qualidade: sabonete, shampoo e condicionador. Concierge maravilhosos também. Pontos Negativos: Nenhum. Uma bela e surpreendente experiência
