The wonderful reception team! However, Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room, at all! And the breakfast was not good! Little variety, cold coffee. And no tapioca! Breakfast left something to be desired!

The parking attendant was a little rude to me when he informed me that I had to check in before I could drive my car into the parking lot. He could have been more polished. On the other hand, check-in at reception could have been faster, as I arrived after 10pm and there was no queue. Therefore, the aforementioned check-in should be more straightforward, more practical.

I arrived at the Hotel at 2 pm and there was no room available, the bath towels were in terrible condition, horrible internet, bed linen with a horrible smell, moldy pillow. Very good mattress, standard breakfast, reception without air conditioning. Lots of noise in the hotel, children screaming in the hallway and dragging furniture at 11 pm. It was the first and last time I stayed at this hotel.
