-A single very very slow elevator... 1 broken elevator (no sign of undergoing repairs during my 3 night stay. To their credit, they enabled the service elevator to the guests, but still super slow -and no a/c on the elevator or stairs... (in 30°C weather)
-Only one room key card per room -per hotel policy (***?)
-Room facilities functional but way below par.
-Breakfast buffet very overcrowded, one morning (the other days it was fine) we had to clear a table ourselves -no sign of anyone taking care of that.
-Barely functional wifi (forget streaming) had to relay on data roaming.
-Pool was small and permanently overcrowded.
Note: it seemed to me the hotel was understaffed, no complains on the workers who were trying their best.

The location is ok but the room was very smelly and dusty. I requested another room but they didn't respond. Even the next day I wasn't heard. I had to move to a nearby hotel. Up till now I haven't been reimbursed. this is terrible. I am really disappointed in Rede Andrade Barra. the chain is a very good chain but this one is very disappointing.

The hotel has a great location, but the environment lacks care. It needs to value tourists more. It's not just about making money, it also needs to count on customer satisfaction, as we pass on what we've seen and experienced to other people... and what's worse, we don't return and we don't recommend it to other people. Rede Andrade needs to learn a lot about how to treat guests...

The facilities were great, clean, good location, but I didn't find the breakfast very attractive, it could be better. The service at the shift change changed a bit, my first service with a guy was good, the second with a girl was not good.

The only good things about it are the location and the pool. The hotel is falling apart. The dining room is a mess during breakfast. Overall, it was a bad experience.
