O Hotel é muito bem localizado, os quartos são amplos, e limpos, porém as camas são horríveis e desconfortáveis, os travesseiros estão muito velhos, tanto a cama quanto os travesseiros parecem ser do tempo da inauguração do hotel, e ainda, o ar condicionado está muito velho e o barulho chega a ser desagradável durante o sono.
O café da manhã é bom.
Os funcionários são atenciosos, porém o que estava trabalhando na recepção no feriado de Carnaval, parecia ainda estar de ressaca ou na folia, me deixou esperando quase 10 minutos no portão da garagem de saída.
Por fim, a Trip errou na reserva de nosso quarto.

O quarto é bom mais as toalhas estavam encardidas e o ar ficou sem querer gelar no segundo dia, não reclamei pq já ia embora!! Cama confortável boa para dormir e tb com telecine!!

Fechamos uma diária na expectativa de relaxar e conhecer um lugar novo com expectativas altas. Chegando no local, realizamos o check-in e nos deparamos com um quarto amplo porém com péssima iluminação. Quarto com ar fúnebre em relação à iluminação. Por ser um flat, esperávamos talheres, copos e pratos. Chegamos só tinha um item de casa, solicitamos mais, demorou horrores e ainda nos informaram que não tinham mais copos..isso causou muito espanto. Pedimos pra retirar os pratos, o rapaz informou que a governanta pegaria, insistimos porque isso atrai insetos. Para nossa surpresa ele não levou e deixou ao lado da porta do nosso quarto, sendo que ao lado já tinha outro quarto. Um total descaso, falta de noção e totalmente não higiênico. Imagina deixar pratos sujos na porta do nosso quarto. Confrontamos ele que só sabia ficar mudo, perguntamos se era política do local deixar pratos daquela forma. Tv só desligava se puxasse a tomada...frigobar tombando pois o mesmo não foi preparado para aquela móvel....péssimo péssimo

Muito confortável, ótima localização e os funcionários bem simpáticos. Mas o café da manhã foi muito decepcionante e no quarto tinha uma baratinha daquelas que se reproduzem muito rápido e é difícil se livrar.
