Luxury hotel with a beautiful pool area, rigorous cleanliness and very pleasant service. To review all the same the check-in which is a little slow. But not only in this hotel. Very pleasant stay. Full breakfast and quality food.

Passei por uma situação lamentável, onde percebi o quanto a inflexibilidade de um funcionário pode mudar a avaliação geral de um hotel. Nos hospedamos no hotel, pois meu marido estava participando de um congresso. Na última diária, ele sairia do congresso às 12h e levaria cerca de 20 - 30 min para chegar ao hotel. Liguei para a recepção e pedi 30 min para liberar o quarto, e para a minha surpresa o funcionário da recepção me informou que deveria liberar pontualmente ao meio dia. Veja bem, após 6 dias hospedada no hotel de 30 andares, vai me dizer que todos os quartos seriam imediatamente ocupados caso eu não o desocupasse ao meio dia? Que falta de preparo! Não suficiente, quando desci para checkout, só haviam 4 poltronas na recepção (num prédio de 30 andares, repito!) e todas estavam ocupadas, ou seja, não tinha nem onde sentar para aguardar os 30 min. Fui orientada a aguardar nas cadeiras do restaurante, onde fui muito bem atendida. Ah, mais um detalhe absurdo: a água de 300ml no frigobar custa R$12!!!!

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, o quarto limpo, organizado, o chuveiro maravilhoso. Bem localizado, próximo a shoppings e restaurantes. O buffet de café da manhã é muito bom, variado e super gostoso. A academia é boa, dando opção a quem quer manter o treino. Ideal para quem precisa ficar hospedado dentro da cidade de Salvador com segurança e conforto.

Fui para dormir tranquilo, ficaria só uma noite. Fiquei num quarto superior, no andar 21. No dia seguinte para descer para o café da manhã descobri que o 4 elevadores estavam parados devido a ruptura de um cano. ok que acidentes acontecem e aí nao tinha muito o que fazer, mas acho que faltou um pouco de gerenciamento de crisa por parte dos funcionários que nao tiveram muito tato para tratar da situação tão constrangedora. tive que descer e subir os 21 andares pelas escadas. tinha pago a estadia parte em pontos e parte em dinheiro. e muito gentilmente a parte em dinheiro me foi devolvida, mas de qquer forma eu acho que falta um melhor gerenciamento de risco e de crise em situações como essa. Uma pena, pq Mercure sempre é uma estadia que gosto.

Hotel bem localizado em Salvador, perto de shoppings e em frente tem um posto com uma loja de conveniência chamada Pão e Prosa. Vale muito a pena pra comprar algumas coisas lá, não precisando se deslocar muito pra mercado. No mais café da manhã satisfatório, chuveiro bom, quartos espaçosos e uma boa infraestrutura! Voltarei mais vezes! Uma pena ter ficado pouco tempo, mas me agradou!

Even after warning the Hotel about my schedule flight Me and my wife arrived at this hotel and they said it was fully booked I sent two days ago a message warning that we will arrive 11pm and they just NOT respected the BOOKING reservation and confirmation and we had to find another place to stay

Estivemos por duas noites no final de semana de 27 a 29/10/2023 no Mercure Salvador Boulevard. Fomos extremamente bem atendidos por todos os membros do time! Desde o estacionamento, café da manhã, recepção, serviço de quarto, camareiras e etc. Serviço bastante atencioso, quarto silencioso e confortável com excelente espaço interno. Cama macia, internet altamente eficiente e enxoval bastante confortável. Altamente recomendo e excelente custo benefício. Super parabéns especialmente ao Sr. Ivan, Gerente Geral por tamanha cordialidade, atenção, profissionalismo e condução com maestria desse belíssimo empreendimento.
