Come on, I’ll give you my fair and honest assessment… From the initial service at the Catussaba resort, I don't remember the name of the employee, she was very cordial and kind and served us very well... we arrived a little before the scheduled time and they already provided us with a room... As there were 4 of us (a couple and two children ) we waited for the room to be ready to receive us... the sofa bed was not made up, we asked and they quickly resolved it... when I went to get comfortable in my bed I noticed that there was apparently a blood stain and I took a good look at the hair... we called the reception and asked them to kindly change the bed cover... when we returned to the room I saw that the stain was no longer there... apparently it had been changed, however, when I pulled the blanket to lie down... I felt deceived as they had gone to the trouble of just turning the dirty bed cover … Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TVs or change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved such a simple problem... Another issue worth mentioning is that the hotel urgently needs to check… regarding the air extractor fan in room 217… it wasn't working! On the second day, my children no longer enjoyed the hotel because they became ill and the air quality made the situation even worse. Things that shouldn't go unnoticed!!!! The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything is very tasty, the pool is warm, the staff who work in this area need more training as one person keeps passing the customer on to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy as there are few professionals to meet the demand (holiday). The kids loved the playground, the beach is beautiful! The structure of the hotel is very good! The atmosphere is super pleasant at night!

Barulhento , improprio para descansar, como se estivesse num concerto de musica popular. Num hotel é suposto descansar mas aqui é impossivel. Sem respeito por quem quer dormir. O barulho é incomodativo. Sair para trabalhar durante a noite e nao consigo dormir

Wonderful place, with a beautiful view and landscape, very large and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, but without much variety... In addition, there are some animals scattered around the resort that children love. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because of the grumpy employees who argued in front of the guests, as well as not saying a good day to anyone. However, that doesn't take away from the beauty of the place.

The truth is, the restaurant and the room service are a shame. We are with children and they don't care. At 9:00 p.m. we ordered 2 omelettes and a cooked loin and they arrived at 10:15 p.m. and were cold. We called by phone to see if we could pick him up and they answered our needs with courtesy. The truth is that in a hotel like this there cannot be that service, much less that attention. I also leave a photo of how the meat arrived.

Positive: the hotel is very nice, it has lots of greenery, its swimming pools are very nice and excellent for going with children. Breakfast is varied, the food is really good. Negative: THE HOTEL STAFF. The treatment is terrible, the attention is horrible. The service in the pool area is terrible, they serve you so badly, in fact that I asked a waiter please if he could serve us (for a long time we were requesting attention) and he told me “WAIT A WHILE”. Many people listened and we all laughed, something never seen before. The attention from the waiters in the restaurant is also terrible, the tables are dirty, they don't worry about cleaning, to order drinks you wait an eternity. They really try hard to serve you badly. This hotel does not deserve any recommendation, I regret choosing it so much. The hotel staff does not care about the customer. Many waiters did not understand any Spanish and did not make the slightest effort to understand. Terrible hotel, never again.

Hotel possui um bom custo-benefício. Peguei pensão completa e as refeições são bem básicas. Como tenho restrições alimentares, passei algumas dificuldades pela falta de opção por exemplo de pães, bolos e doces sem glúten e lactose. Piscina principal deixa muito a desejar quanto a limpeza.

Los chicos que te traen el servicio de sombrilla y sillas de playa son mal educados tratan mal al turista no tienen voluntad y cuando uno pide que le cambien una silla rota porque puede lastimar contesta que eso es culpa del hotel…muy mal la atención al turista

O lugar é belíssimo, jardins bem cuidados, vista linda do quarto, ficamos num apartamento com dois quartos. Infelizmente os funcionários são completamente despreparados, perdidos, deveriam passar por um treinamento para saber atender os hóspedes. Desde a recepção aos funcionários do bar da piscina. Deixou muito a desejar. O lugar tem tudo para ser um paraíso, mas o despreparo é gritante.
