Podemos destacar o bom atendimento dos funcionários, localização (poucos passos do Shopping Salvador) e café da manhã (variado, reposição rápida, tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, super recomendo). O estacionamento é pago (como quase em todos os lugares em Salvador) e fácil estacionar e encontrar vagas. O hotel precisa de umas reformas pontuais e arejar os quartos para sair um pouco o cheiro. Porém, as vantagens superam as desvantagens. recomendo.

Não volto mais a este hotel. Recepcionista indelicada, preconceituosa! Quartos com ar condicionado barulhento, so na recepção ja tinham três pessoas reclamando quando fui falar!! Pessoal do restaurante muito educados e simpáticos, mas o cafe da manha não é muito bom! Estacionamento pago, 15,00. Não achei caro a diária do estacionamento.

Ao entrar no quarto acionamos a recepção para falar que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, porem apareceram no quarto somente apos 36 horas, onde trocaram o nosso quarto devido o problema no ar condicionado

Demora para liberar o quarto, mesmo às 14h, sendo liberado 14h30min. A ducha higiênica do banheiro não funcionou. Poucas tomadas no quarto. O Café da manhã é mediano, poucas opções. O atendimento das Recepcionistas tanto do café quanto da recepção foram excelentes. A acústica dos quartos é ruim, dá para ouvir os hóspedes dos quartos vizinhos. A localização é excelente.

Quarto limpo, atendimento muito diferenciado. Ótima experiência com o hotel, localizado em uma área boa e de acesso a tudo, comida no hotel, restaurantes próximos, de frente a um shopping. Valeu muito a pena, muiiiiiiiiiiiiiiito mesmo!
