My 2nd visit to Vila Gale in Salvador, I liked it so much that I always go back there. The sea view from the apar**ent is priceless.
The 1st time I did it through Gale's website and the 2nd time was through the trip app. I was even afraid of doing it wrong because I had never done it before, and I simply loved it. I will be back

A estadia foi razoável para ruim. Primeiro nos deram uma pulseira de papel que não poderia ser danificada no bloco, existindo uma multa de R$900,00 caso acontecesse. Meus amigos, em outros hotéis, tinha pulseiras seguras de tecido. O atendimento do quarto foi horrível, sendo que 2 vezes esperei o pedido mais de 1h e disseram que tinham esquecido. O restaurante cobrando um preço caro, com poucas opções e com o cozinheiro da chapa regulando a quantidade de carne que poderia dar. Azulejos quebrados, chuveiro pingando água gelada e o forro do banheiro aberto. Enfim, deixou muito a desejar esse ano.

Minha experiência no foi positiva, com instalações satisfatórias e uma equipe prestativa. No entanto, não posso deixar de mencionar que a falta de manutenção e a condição desgastada dos móveis nos quartos deixaram a desejar. Hotel is good, the rooms are big, I like the pool area, the breakfast is also plentiful. I had lunch at the à la carte restaurant and thought it could be more sophisticated, average food. Service at the pool bar left something to be desired. They could invest more in employee training. The hotel is large and ends up being a little impersonal, except for the reception service, which I thought was excellent. The attendant Érick was very helpful.
