We didn’t like the hotel’s facilities (old facilities, unhygienic toilets, no showers), bad location (very dirty fisherman’s beach), we had no frustrating experience with food (we ordered "Seafood BBQ" and got Ordered a plate that actually only had fish-later we were told that they had no lobster stock-they offered a small discount to make up for the frustration). In any case, our experience in the hotel was not good!

Café da manhã com pouquissimas opcoes, 2 frutas apenas. Quarto com odor de mofo e banheiro com rejunte preto. Fronhas com cheiro de mofo. Pedimos a troca mas disseram que nao era possivel no mesmo dia. Atendimento simpatico, mas o serviço deixou a desejar.

O melhor do hotel é a área da piscina, muito linda. Gostamos muito da área externa.
Os quartos não são os melhores, ficamos em um mais simples, talvez os outros sejam melhores.
São um pouco antigos e escuros, as roupas de camas também são velhas.
Café da manhã simples, porém, bom.
De tudo que tem a área externa são piscina a melhor coisa. Muito linda. A parais em frente não serve pra banho muito fedida (mas não tem a ver com o hotel) .

My 4-night stay at this hotel was different. When I scheduled my stay I didn't know that the only leisure option the pool closes at 7pm. Beach was my first choice to stay at this hotel but unfortunately the beach is simply impossible to take a shower. Full of stones and farofeiros and not talking about the danger. I will share with you some photographs of the reality of this hotel.
Honestly, for the daily rate, it's simply not worth it. Other guests were also super insecure and dissatisfied with the hotel!

Horrível. O serviço seria fraco se existisse. Pessoal sem treinamento, nem cumprimentam o hóspede . Café da manhã fraco, poucas opções. Lençóis amarelos, pequenos e furados. Banheiro cheira mofo e encardido. Praia suja e cheia de barracas de vendedores. A única área bonita do hotel seria a piscina, porém muito cheia por provavelmente fazerem day use. Restaurante caro e comida horrivel. Não volto e não recomendo.

O hotel nao tem nenhum motivo pra ter a categoria "hotel boutique". Como vimos sujeira em aguns pontos do quarto, resolvemos verificar colchão e travesseiros. Qual nao foi nosso espanto ao nos depararmos com colchão todo sujo e manchado, que nem mesmo motéis têm (inclusive manchas de sangue), assim como os travesseiros. Pena q nas fotos as manhas nao têm a mesma nitidez de ao vivo. Senti nojo de ter dormido naquela cama com aqueles travesseiros. As toalhas não têm nenhuma qualidade (velhas e bem baratas). O lençol estava com um furo em que cabiam 3 dedos. A varanda do quarto ficava encharcada cada vez q molhavam o jardim e o piso estava todo manchado/embolorado. O box (felizmente bem grande) virava uma piscina em todo banho (um ralo horrível e desproporcional à quantidade de água do chuveiro). A porta do armário do frigobar nao fechava. O rodapé no quarto estava todo sujo e manchado. A única coisa boa e bonita é a área externa. Contraindico o hotel a todos.

Das Hotel ist runtergekommen, sehr dreckig und stinkt, das Frühstück ein schlechter Witz (mal um 6 Uhr, mal um 7 Uhr je nach Lust und Laune). WiFi ist eine Katastrophe. Englisch spricht dort keiner und internationale Gäste werden gern ignoriert. Die Poolbar ist zwar irgendwie da, Personal das dort verkauft sucht man vergeblich. Die Lage ist auch eher schlecht - der Strand ist sehr dreckig und hat den Touch des Alkoholikertreffpunktes am Frankfurter Hbf, da die Besoffskis vors Hotel pinkeln. Cabanas sucht man vergebens, dort wird man nur ziemlich siffige Barackas finden mit mieserablem Service. Wenn es dunkel wird, sollte man das Hotel besser nicht mehr verlassen - das könnte gefährlich werden. Das Hotel wird durchgehend von einem Securityservice bewacht und ist nicht umsonst nach außen hermetisch abgeriegelt. Diese Hotel sollte man meiden!! Die Bilder blenden und wurden irgendwann kurz nach Eröffnung aufgenommen und gefotoshopt - man darf sich nicht blenden lassen. Das Geld sollte man sich sparen und es gibt für den Preis deutlich bessere Alternativen in guter Lage.
