Check in sem lençóis. Lençóis chegaram após “limpeza” mofados e sujos. Televisão não funcionava. Toalhas tivemos q implorar pra receber. Péssimo. Sujo e mal cuidado. Pessoas reclamavam na recepção por ter o mesmo problema e pedia dinheiro de volta, mas não foram atendidas.

A localização é boa, próxima ao ponto do brt que leva à rodoviária, tem boas opções de comércio e serviços e vista para o mar. As diárias estavam mais caras que o normal, após o início do verão.

O nome Pirâmide em Salvador é imediatamente associado a um local no qual se paga por um quarto por algumas horas apenas, no máximo um pernoite - para essa filial na Pituba isso também se aplica mas não só. Como hotel, é muito básico e barato, o atendimento é displicente, não recomendo a unidade que não seja para a função mais famosa da rede!

Decepcionante. Móveis velhos, colchão duro, ar condicionado barulhento e cheio de poeira, chuveiro vazando água pra fora do box, banheiro com fedor de xixi, lençóis amassados (nem dava pra saber se foram trocados), cortina menor que a janela e tomadas e interruptores da cabeceira sem funcionar.
