très bon complexe hôtelier. très prisé par les français. piscine parfaite pour les familles, gros choix dans le restaurant. la formule all inclusive est à conseiller. très gros choix d excursions même si il ne faut pas hésiter à sortir de l'hôtel pour trouver des guides plus abordables

Je tiens à exprimer ma déception concernant le service que j'ai reçu lors de ma récente visite à votre établissement. Malheureusement, j'ai constaté plusieurs aspects qui ne sont pas à la hauteur de mes attentes en tant que client. Tout d'abord, j'ai trouvé que l'accueil était peu chaleureux et impersonnel( réceptionniste ce nommant adama). En tant que réceptionniste, je m'attendais à être accueilli avec un sourire et une attitude attentionnée, mais malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas. En tant que client, je m'attends à un service de qualité et à une expérience agréable, ce qui malheureusement n'a pas été le cas lors de ma visite. J'espère sincèrement que ces problèmes seront pris en compte et adressés pour améliorer le service À part la réception tout était nickel félicitations à l’equipe

Il bar,un disastro.Abbiamo soggiornato,x due settimane su questo hotel.Un po' datato ma buono nel suo insieme.Camere pulite,mangiare,discreto.Anzi a S.Valentino eccellente una splendida festa in piscina,colazione un po' scarsa x chi non mangia dolci ,ma va bene.I ragazzi della sala,bravissimi e gentili,la pecca più grave sono le ragazze del bar.Sono la maleducazione in persona,irritanti e menefreghiste.Peccato, perché x un turista cliente un sorriso, può cambiare la vacanza.Comunque un grazie a tutto il resto del personale x essere stati disponibili e gentili

Dans ce grand domaine, le jardin et les bumgalow de couleurs vous séduisent... La grande réception est tenue par un personnel adorable. Le bar aussi est composé d'une équipe charmante et à l'écoute! Le restaurant est très international,cuisine de collectivité sans émotion. La chambre basique triste à rénover, des santaires déglingués, pas de néont dans la salle de bain. Bac de douche fendue, une contre pente du carrelage fait couler l'eau sur le sol. 1 seul cintre dans la penderie et malgré notre demande, rien n'est fait. Un étabissement pour une clientèle locale et habituée.

Tout était parfait. Je recommande fortement. Le personnel est vraiment très aimable, l'endroit idéal, la plage magnifique et les chambres aussi. Je garde un merveilleux souvenir de cet hotel, très bien placé à Saly. Je reviendrais c'est certain.

Muito a fazer neste hotel os quartos mal feitos todos os dias, a comida sempre a mesma coisa sem grande escolha etc O melhor está mesmo em frente à praia Experiência a não voltar Muito barulho toda a noite ou da discoteca ou do Corão rezado durante o dia e noite.

Hotel normal, los camareros muy amables y los jardineros también. No es un resort de lujo pero tiene la playa muy cerca donde está Samba que es extraordinario, detallista, simpático, excelente experiencia vivida con él, ojalá podamos volver.

I was really looking forward to this stay. I booked one off their most expensive rooms. One off the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel room. First they placed me all the way back. Basically not living by the beach at all like promised. The area is so huge. I asked them why, and they could not answer even i get this confirmed in my booking. The room reminded me off an ongoing renovation project. The safe and toilet did not work. The rooms are really filthy, when i lifted some things from the walls their was bird poop behind. Also under the bed so much dirt. I got sick on my second day their. I believe it was because off the food i got on the restaurant or just the fact that it`s so dirty in my room that something happened while staying there. I understand that in a country where French is the language you cannot expect them to speak anything else. But i kinda do when in comes to a place like this. They dont understand or speak any English. Impossible to communicate. Because they dont wanna try. So for everyone who dont speak French, do not use this hotel. The only thing that is ok with this place is the actual location. I might have gotten really unlucky with my room. But i doubt since i walked around looking and saw many off the same standard.
