Similar to budget chains like 7 Days Inn, this hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Housekeeping is only done after you check out, and it's mostly self-service with minimal staff interaction. The breakfast is also extremely basic. However, it's conveniently located right next to the #5 bus terminal, making it easy to get to city attractions. I'd recommend it as a one-night stopover before heading to the Lake District, but not for an extended stay; it's better to spend a night in the Lake District itself.

The hotel allowed early check-in which is really impressive. I googled that this hotel was founded in 2024. This explained why the facilities and decoration were good.
What I requested during my booking online were all fulfilled. A big thank you to Harry’s Home!
The room is spacious and comfy. Having the toilet and bathroom separated is a very good idea. There are a lot of storage space.
Hotel location is very good too. Just five minutes of walk then you will reach the train station and bus terminus. Three minutes walk then you will be in a more with shops and supermarket.
The hotel staff members are all very nice and helpful.

We absolutely loved Salzburg, and this hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very spacious for the three of us, with plenty of space to relax. After a long day of sightseeing, we often spent our evenings lounging on the sofa and watching Netflix together.
The location is excellent—just a short walk from the main train station as well as the main bus and tram station. It was incredibly convenient, especially when catching early morning trains, and the flat roads made it easy to travel with luggage.
The Salzburg Guest Card was also a fantastic bonus. It helped us save a lot on transportation, allowing us to hop on and off buses and trams whenever we felt like exploring different parts of the city.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg.

The main advantages of this hotel are its location, relatively close to the train station, and the housekeeping staff. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the cleaner was pleasant.
Otherwise, it's pretty mediocre. The price is definitely inflated for this type of hotel. Breakfasts are extremely sparse with very little choice. The juice is undrinkable; it's some kind of watery concoction from a machine. Black tea wasn't available; you had to ask staff for it. There were unpopular herbal teas (chamomile, anise) and rooibos, which are more for niche tastes.
There was a 15-minute queue at reception, even though we had pre-filled the online check-in form.
I do not recommend!

the staffs were accomodating and nice. the room was clean and the location of the hotel is perfect as it is just like 2minutes walk from the Salzburg Hbf. It is also easily accessible to the bus stops where you can take going to the altstadt. Definetely worth recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to reach on foot from Salzburg Central Station, even with a lot of luggage. The rooms offer minimal amenities, as it's a sustainable hotel.
Just like in Germany, there's no mini-fridge in the room, which was inconvenient when I wanted a cold drink. My only options were to buy one at the hotel bar or at a supermarket near the station.
I highly recommend waking up early and taking a walk around the hotel. The streets are beautiful.
