PLAZA Premium Salzburg

Hotel is relatively well located. With the public transport you can reach the city center in 10-15 min. The hotel room was fine.

This is based on our POV. We stayed here 3 night. I believed that this hotel management needs a revamp. From the first day after our trip, I requested the receptionist for soap and tissue for my room because they were empty from the very beginning. They said "We'll send someone to your room", but that 'someone' never came until the last day of our stay. The 2nd day we were here, we requested them to clean our room and the receptionist told us to hang the "Clean my room" tag on the door. They said they have a policy if you want to get your room cleaned then you have to asked the receptionist. Throughout my stay, I asked them every morning but until the end of the stay, my room has never been cleaned once. To add to that, the 2nd night we were there and we requested the soap and tissue again, they said that the housekeeping has left the location since 7PM. If you are planning a long stay in Salzburg and you are a cleanfreak, this place might not be for you.

Online in person registration should be illegal lmao, what are humans for then? I agree with Pre online checking but in person online checking is kinda dumb. Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language. Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel. I would recommend it, good value! Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The beds and sheets were dirty, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the room key card stopped working after just one day, and I had to replace it multiple times, which was quite weird. Given these issues, I do not feel that the price was justified. Overall, I found this to be the worst hotel experience I’ve had, with no redeeming qualities to mention.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Had a bit of problems checking in because the night duty staff couldn’t find our booking. It’s a 30 minutes walk to the city Centre so it’s a bit far for walking. But there are buses that take you at a price of course. Macdonalds is really close by.

The hotel is quite a bit away from the old city center but as guests, we get free public transport so make sure you ask the hotel for the Guest Mobility Ticket. The hotel is clean and has everything that one would need on a vacation. There are several supermarkets nearby.

The manager charged my sister twice, then told me I didn’t pay for my room even though I paid online. There was a map crumpled up on the floor from a previous guest. Don’t know if my room was even cleaned. Decor from the 70s, but not in a good way. No place to plug in my phone
